Let's get in touch What you'll be doing Managing the day-to-day operations of the Group's share plans Collaborating with other internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance) to support the granting of share awards to employees globally Overseeing the vest and exercise processes for share awards held by employees Answering employee queries and providing support with equity plan transactions, including liaising with local payroll and HR teams Generating data analysis and insight reports to support decision-making What you'll need Interest in managing share plans and understand the regulatory and compliance requirements related to equity compensation in multiple countries To be comfortable working in an international business, collaborating with colleagues across the globe The ability to work effectively across multiple countries and adapt to various regulatory environments To be detail-driven with an emphasis on accuracy Competent with data analysis Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues to others Nice to have Experience working in fintech or a start-up environment Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
