As part of the People Experience & Operations team, you'll be the go-to person between different HR areas, helping answer employee questions and connecting them with the right people when needed.

What'll be your mission?
- Provide on-site support at our Lisbon office;
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues through our global employee platform (ServiceNow);
- Manage EMEA-wide tasks, such as employment verification letters, medical checks, and ensuring compliance with local legislation;
- Run regular audits, ensure data integrity, and create reports;
- Coordinate with employees, managers, HR teams, and external stakeholders to handle employment-related processes;
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks within the People Operations Team;
- Identify and improve operational weaknesses within the region, and support or manage projects aimed at enhancing employee lifecycle processes to keep up with Uber's growth.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field;
- 2-3 years of experience in a People/HR Operations role within a high-growth tech company or large organization;
- Basic understanding of EMEA employment laws and their impact on HR matters;
- Experience with Workday (HRIS) and/or ticketing systems, as well as Excel or Google Sheets;
- Strong customer service and administrative skills;
- Basic project management and stakeholder management skills;
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese, with additional language skills (e.g., French) being a plus.

- Attractive salary package (between 1700€ - 1800€) + food allowance (7.63€/day);
- Full-time position, from 09H00 to 18H00 Monday to Friday;
