Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to coordinate an HR Operations team and to guarantee the payroll execution for Neotalent Conclusion. Ensure coordinated focus on best practice, process and policy alignment while minimizing risk and maximizing efficiencies.
What you will do:
Responsible for managing HR Operations (payroll, compensation and fleet) and deliverables accurately and timely.
Resolves and highlights issues and risks to payroll and benefits operations delivery.
Collaborates with the compensation and benefits specialist in order to integrate all flex benefits information in payroll routines.
Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness, including reviewing absences, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters, including pay discrepancies, tax withholdings, and deductions.
Co-ordinates and support contract management processes (in, out and transfers).
Knowledge and previous experience with flex benefits packages and taxes.
Propose and drives continuous process improvements, implement best practice and standard operating procedures to achieve operational efficiencies.
Supports the audit process, liaising with external and internal auditor on appropriate information, controls, policies and procedures, etc.
Collaborates with the Board, HR team, Legal and Finance in developing appropriate reporting and tools.
Manage payroll process matters and adjustments with system providers.
What you are like:
Solid Payroll experience -full understanding of HR/payroll processes and regulatory requirements ( at least 5 years)
Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics and deep understanding in HR and Payroll systems administration
Experience in Spanish payroll is a plus
Compensation and benefits previous experience, namely with flex benefits packages
Knowledge in Fleet management is a plus
Strong Analytic and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet critical deadlines in a short timeframe
Proficient in Microsoft excel/word
Excellent communication skills with a strong English proficiency.
