Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the employee experience? We're searching for a driven, detail-oriented People & Culture Manager to join our Global People Team, working closely with our team members across the USA, Israel, and India. You will support our EMEA & APJ teams.
What you'll do: In this role, you'll be a strategic partner to the People team, managers, and our EMEA & APJ employees, helping to shape and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be working on:
Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with managers and department heads to ensure our employees are engaged, supported, and empowered.
Analyze & Improve: Use data to identify trends in employee engagement and productivity.
Support Employee Relations: Take charge of employee relations matters.
Be the EMEA & APJ Go-To: Serve as the primary contact for our EMEA & APJ teams.
Champion Development: Partner with the People team to roll out impactful programs.
Own the Onboarding Experience: Ensure new team members feel welcomed and supported.
Drive Employee Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins throughout the employee lifecycle.
Manage Off-boarding: Support employees as they transition.
Stay Compliant: Keep up with the latest in employment law and regulations.
Lead Cross-Departmental Initiatives: Partner on HR and company-wide projects.
Take on Ad-Hoc Projects: Tackle various projects as they arise.
