We are looking for a talented and driven People & Culture Manager to help us implement solid HR processes to enable our continued growth, from recruitment to HR management, supporting every team member to achieve peak performance and job satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a tech optimist, passionate about startups, with superb people skills and an analytical mind, who has worked in tech recruitment and people management.At BRIDGE IN you can expect to work on interesting problems and be challenged every day, working to support our world-class team.ResponsibilitiesBe the champion of company culturePromote team-building activities, and events, for a cohesive team spiritPromote cross-pollination of ideas and communication across departmentsBuild an onboarding plan to quickly and effectively ramp up new joinersCreate and maintain an Employee Handbook and other relevant documentation in the corporate wikiFoster relevant skill acquisition and improvement with selected training programsContinuously listen and coach employees to help them achieve peak performance and job satisfactionWork with VPs and CxOs to set OKRs for each contributor and assist in continuous monitoringOwn recruitment process for new hiring positions and execute candidate sourcingWhen needed, provide consultancy, namely in cultural considerations in international teamsAct as subject-matter expert on all things regarding People ManagementDefine and optimize processes to prepare for the company's further scalingOptionally, be a company advocate as a speaker in events to increase BRIDGE IN local brand equityRequirementsBased in Portugal (or willing to relocate)Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or similarIdeally 6+ years of working experience in similar fields, including a minimum of 3 years experience in tech recruitment and 3 years experience in people managementAcute ability to understand and relate to people's needs and wantsGreat English oral and written communication skillsExperience interfacing with senior management with a pragmatic view of the HR business functionAbility to reconcile and negotiate between company requirements and employees' expectationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBe deliberate, thorough, and rigorous when executing assignmentsProficient with corporate productivity tools, including online corporate wikis, email, and spreadsheetsAbility to self-manage by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectivelyA can-do attitude and a team-first player.
