As a People & Culture Lead Specialist at Reaktor, your job is to make sure our New York office runs smoothly, supporting our people and business alike. Your daily tasks include:
Handling payroll, benefits, and ensuring compliance with US and Canadian labor laws
Partnering with leadership to develop strategies around performance management, talent retention, and employee development
Supporting organizational growth and employee well-being, from driving engagement to promoting inclusion
Collaborating with our global HR team across Helsinki, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Tokyo
You get excited about developing people, being the go-to person for HR needs, and balancing the operational with the strategic. To thrive in this position, you'll need:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR or people operations role
The ability to handle sensitive conversations and detailed administrative tasks, sometimes on the same day
Strong knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws
Experience working in international teams, particularly in tech or consulting environments
A knack for problem-solving with empathy and a sense of ownership
A genuine interest in creating a positive workplace where people can thrive

Salary range $90,000 - $120,000 annually + 100% coverage on health, dental, and vision + 6% matching 401k
This is a hybrid position, based out of our NYC office.
