As a People & Culture Lead Specialist at Reaktor, your job is to make sure our New York office runs smoothly, supporting our people and business alike.Your daily tasks include: Handling payroll, benefits, and ensuring compliance with US and Canadian labor lawsPartnering with leadership to develop strategies around performance management, talent retention, and employee developmentSupporting organizational growth and employee well-being, from driving engagement to promoting inclusionCollaborating with our global HR team across Helsinki, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and TokyoYou get excited about developing people, being the go-to person for HR needs, and balancing the operational with the strategic.To thrive in this position, you'll need: At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR or people operations roleThe ability to handle sensitive conversations and detailed administrative tasks, sometimes on the same dayStrong knowledge of US and Canadian labor lawsExperience working in international teams, particularly in tech or consulting environmentsA knack for problem-solving with empathy and a sense of ownershipA genuine interest in creating a positive workplace where people can thriveFor two decades, we've been developing qualities and capabilities for adapting, reacting, and supporting change – building Reaktor to hold up in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the well-being of our people.

This is a hybrid position, based out of our NYC office.
