Position: People Care Trainee
Duration: 12 months
Date: Dec 1 to 15, 2024
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field with an accredited school in Portugal.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn:
Employee life cycle operations and transactions for all global people domains and policies.
Oversee the global ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of employee care requests and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure standardization, automation, and transformation of Global Care processes.
Engage with stakeholders and end users, ensuring their needs are met, and continuously track and leverage their feedback to improve services.
Key Skills And Experience:
BSc or MSc degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
It would be nice if you also had:
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow) and managing ticketing workflows.
3rd language, such as Spanish, French, or Italian.
