Job Description Nokia People Business Services organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.
People Business Services Care team is responsible for providing a positive experience to all employees during their employment lifecycle with a focus on moments that matter. Query resolution, sometimes by simple answers other times by complex support or consulting. Supporting all internal employee groups i.e., individual contributors and individual LMs on common employee topics.
Care team members are open, fearless, and empowered to create a positive User Experience. All employee/LM requests are managed in the ticket tool and assigned to a Care team member with the required expertise.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnWe are looking for an HR Specialist, within our organization called People Care Partner, and as a part of our team, you will:
Working as a functional expert, providing professional expertise within a functional area of HRSolving queries from Employees and Line Managers related to the global and regional HR processes and information services in the scopeProviding administrative and transactional project support: Data analyses, monitoring, and ensuring data qualityCreating documentation and knowledge management, organizing delivery of training and development for HR community or for managersSupporting line managers on sensitive and difficult work-related problems in the areas of employment, labor relations, compensation, training, performance management and other areas of People processProviding support in conducting research on assigned HR projectsKey Skills And ExperienceYou have:
At least 2 years HR experienceKnowledge of Polish labour law and practical experience in this areaSAP & time management systems knowledgeFluent written and oral EnglishBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceTeam player and open-minded approachStrong customer focusIt would be nice if you also had:
