As part of a dynamic team of 7 Offensive Security Specialists, you'll be at the forefront of protecting Randstad's global IT landscape. We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with development and infrastructure teams to identify and mitigate risks.
You'll be responsible for leading penetration testing projects across a diverse range of applications and infrastructure, from websites and mobile apps to AI and cloud environments. Your expertise will be crucial in creating actionable assessments, proposing effective remediation strategies, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading penetration testing projects
Conducting in-depth security assessments
Developing and executing test plans
Analysing vulnerabilities and recommending solutions
Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams
Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends
What you will bring:
We're looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong hacker mindset and relevant experience in cyber security or pentesting. A solid understanding of OWASP, penetration testing methodologies, and security best practices is essential.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in penetration testing
Strong understanding of security principles and practices
Ability to code or understand code
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Relevant security certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, GPEN) preferred
