We're looking to hire a Penetration Tester to be part of a multidisciplinary agile team in an international project for a European Agency. You will be responsible for: Perform penetration tests on web applications, networks, and internal systems to identify security vulnerabilities; Create detailed reports on the discovered vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective measures; Monitor cybersecurity threat trends and adapt testing techniques as necessary; Conduct risk assessments and participate in security reviews. Required Competences: University degree in an ICT-related field; Proven work experience of 1 to 2 years as a Penetration Tester or in a similar role; Demonstrated expertise in various types of security testing, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, code reviews, and security audits; Ability to identify potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks in software applications, networks, and systems, and provide appropriate recommendations for mitigation; Hands-on experience with security tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, etc; Basic knowledge of key security testing methodologies, such as OWASP, PTES, and NIST; Experience in the creation of technical reports and support documentation; Good level of English (Independent user — level B2 or higher). Preferred Competencies: ISTQB Certification; International experience; Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, GPEN).
