As a Payroll Specialist, what are you going to do?
Assist in the Administrative management of People & Culture department;
Employee support - answering to internal requests;
Ensure legal compliance;
Communicate with external entities (Social Security, Tax Office, Insurers, Legal Advisors, etc);
Assist in the Compensation & Benefits department reporting;
Ensure proper answer to internal and external audits.
What are the skills and professional experience we're expecting from you?
4-6 years of experience in Payroll and/or other Human Resources related activities;
High School, Human Resources BsC (or similar) relevant background for the role;
Knowledge of Labor and Tax Law;
Experience working with an ERP (preferably Oracle) is nice to have;
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
Fluent in English;
Attention to detail and autonomy;
Used to work under pressure.
