What will my functions be?
:
- Review the work of trainees and assistants, providing feedback.
- Monitor deliverables.
- Review workpapers, provisions, and supporting documentation to maintain high standards.
2. Tecnical execution:
- Lead processes client/ documentation.
- Client technical contact.
- Comply with all internal processes.
:
- Task coordination.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure deliverables are uploaded to the platform on time.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
5. Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies, collaborating with team members and clients as needed.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

Requirements
What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?
Bachelor's degree in Labour relations or related.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience in payroll outsourcing services or a similar role.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of payroll software Navision and/or Business Central would be great!
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
