Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a Multinational Company, with Global Business Services in Portugal.DescriçãoOur Payroll & Benefits team, composed of 11 people, is integrated into our GBS organization and focuses on executing the monthly payroll for our active employees and our company pensioners in collaboration with our HR Service Line.As a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help design new processes in addition to monthly payroll operations. You will have the chance to play an active role in many interesting global projects and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our company.You will be accountable for: Executing the monthly payrollMaintenance of time management dataProcessing of the company pension schemeProject workContact person for employees, interface departments, authorities, and health insurances.We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working model.Perfil idealRelevant commercial education degree, ideally as a tax clerk or equivalent qualification.Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting in an international company, preferably in the chemical industry or in a manufacturing company.Competencies: Fluent written and spoken German language skills and good level of English.Well-founded knowledge of German wage tax and social security law.Knowledge of time management.Behaviors: Independent and structured way of working.Ability for teamwork and flexibility.Friendly appearance, self-confidence, and enjoyment of work.VantagensHybrid Working Model.A good opportunity for your professional growth.
