DescriçãoOur Payroll & Benefits team, composed of 11 people, is integrated in our GBS organization and focuses on executing the monthly payroll for our active employees and our company pensioners in collaboration with our HR Service Line.As a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help design new processes in addition to monthly payroll operations. You will have the chance to play an active role in many interesting global projects and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our company. You will be accountable for: Executing the monthly payrollMaintenance of time management dataProcessing of the company pension schemeProject workContact person for employees, interface departments, authorities and health insurances We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working model Perfil idealRelevant commercial education degree, ideally as a tax clerk or equivalent qualificationRelevant professional experience in payroll accounting in an international company, preferably in the chemical industry or in a manufacturing companyCompetencies: Fluent written and spoken German language skills and Good level of EnglishWell-founded knowledge of German wage tax and social security lawKnowledge of time managementBehaviors: Independent and structured way of workingAbility for teamwork and flexibility Friendly appearance, self-confidence and enjoyment of work VantagensHybrid Working ModelA good opportunity for your professional growth
