Descrição The Payroll and Benefits team consists of 10 people, integrated into our GBS organisation and has the following main tasks:
Executing the monthly payroll for the company's active and retired employees in collaboration;Processing time management data;Processing the company's pension scheme;Designing new processes in addition to the monthly Payroll operations. Opportunity to play an active role in many interesting global projects and contribute significantly to the success of our company;Living contact with employees, interface departments, authorities and health insurance.Perfil ideal University degree or equivalent in Human Resources or equivalent through experience;
Relevant professional experience in payroll processing in an international company, preferably in the chemical industry or in a manufacturing company;
Fluent in written and spoken German and good level of English;
Solid knowledge of German payroll tax and social security legislation;
Knowledge of time management;
Knowledge of HR and Payroll related tools (SAP HR, Success Factors and similar tools);
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google tools, especially Excel.
