Member of the payroll team that will ensure accurate processing of clients' payroll.
Key responsibilities Collect and centralize all payroll supporting information; Recording all salary information in the HR payroll system; Salary calculations based on different salary schemas, including the calculation of the payroll taxes; Preparing different reports and analysis required by law or by the clients. Skills and attributes for success Analytical and detail oriented; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels; Comfortable presenting to external and public audiences; Ability to work with external and internal customers to ensure quality of work professionalism and customer satisfaction; Flexible in terms of work environment and tasks undertaken; Comfortable with multiple client engagements and travel; Strong team player. To qualify for the role, the candidate must have Academic degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting or related fields of study; A minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in the local payroll field (within a payroll consulting organization – a plus); Fluent user of English (both written and spoken).
