What you bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll tax, with a strong preference for candidates with previous auditing or compliance experience, preferably within a Big4 environment. In-depth knowledge of wage tax laws and social security regulations of at least one country. Proficiency in payroll software and systems. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Writes and speaks fluent English It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus Job Responsibilities Audit and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll files to ensure accuracy and compliance with all governmental (federal, state, and local) wage tax laws and social security requirements.
