What Will My Functions Be?
As a Payroll Specialist at Auxadi, you will play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Payroll Processing : Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
Technology and Processes : Use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
Compliance Management : Ensure all payroll-related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
Labor Record Management : Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.

Requirements
What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?
We are currently looking for payroll specialists with experience in professional services firms.
In addition, it is important that you are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting
Fluency in English
Previous experience of at least one year
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment
