Job Description
Job Summary : As a Payroll and Time Management Specialist, you will ensure all relevant data is prepared for payroll processing. You will control and analyze key KPIs and payroll results, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and generate insightful reports for Production Management.
Your contribution to something big:
Payroll Control: Oversee the payroll process managed by the third-party provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Portuguese Labor law, company policies and internal regulations. You'll be the first point of contact, within the company, to clarify payroll doubts.
Time Management: Manage and maintain timekeeping systems, ensuring all employee hours are accurately recorded and approved.
Reporting: Create and distribute detailed payroll and time management reports using Excel and Power BI, providing insights and analysis to Key stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with Portuguese legal requirements and local employment regulations.
Issue Resolution: Address and solve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze payroll data, develop dashboards and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Communication: Collaborate with employees and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and address any concerns.
Support: Support employees as a first point of contact to clarify payroll doubts.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
You have a bachelor's degree in finance, HR management, Business Administration, or related field.
You have a strong fluency in English (verbal and written).
You have proven experience with Power BI and dashboards.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You have 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll environment, handling payroll and/or HR administration.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are organized, with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks according to deadlines.
