AstraZeneca is looking for a Payments Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) – Compliance, Legal and Contracting Operations (CLCO) E3S team. This role is crucial in managing technical and administrative aspects of payment coordination for E3S systems and processes related to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and external experts (EE). You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant processing of payments in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, and transparency/disclosure reporting requirements. Accountabilities: As a Payments Analyst, you will engage with external stakeholders in compliance with AstraZeneca SOPs, execute prompt and timely payments to EEs and patients, initiate the process for reimbursing the External Expert for services, work with the Business Engagement Owner and/or Medical Communications agency to collect relevant data and documents, prepare and submit payment requests for processing by Finance, utilize and maintain payment templates and tools, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, ePay, DocuSign systems, and manage timely delivery and resolution of ad hoc queries from External Experts, customers, and other stakeholders. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience First experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management Working knowledge of SAP Positive 'can do' attitude Strong attention to detail Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High ethical standards; trustworthy; operate with absolute discretion Proactive and consultative customer service Ability to work across cultures and geographical boundaries Competent technical/systems experience and skills Ready to make an impact?
