Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of reliable, innovative, and comprehensive payment solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to align initiatives with their payment strategies and roadmaps.
Develop and maintain a compelling service value proposition that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Create, maintain, and enhance new services, functionalities, and expertise to support clients and internal teams.
Develop and update internal knowledge base documentation, templates, and procedures to ensure accurate and current information.
Generate and maintain client reports, dashboards, notifications, and alerts to provide timely insights and updates.
Escalate client issues to product teams and collaborate on resolution strategies.
Partner with product teams to contribute to proposition development and effective implementation strategies.
Organize and deliver comprehensive product training for clients to ensure optimal utilization of payment solutions.
Conduct audits, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Stay informed about the latest payment trends, industry developments, regulatory changes, and security enhancements.
Research and engage with various payment solutions in the market to maintain an up-to-date payment marketplace.
Define and document system improvement requirements to enhance scalability and reliability in payment processing.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in payments operations, optimization, or related roles, with a focus on client management.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the iGaming industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Payment IQ.
In-depth knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry trends.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
