You'll play an integral role as a part of the Payment Operations team, supporting to ensure that payments run effectively and efficiently. You will have a holistic view of the end-to-end payment cycle, inclusive to both the creator and member payout/pay-in experience . As a Payment Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshootingmanaging and resolving payment issues and inquiries. In addition, you will collaborate cross-functionally on issues to ensure daily operations are completed and act as an escalation point for process matters. This role provides an opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment, where you will have the flexibility and adaptability to prioritize and execute multi-tasks independently.Responsibilities include: Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Payment Engineering teams on payment-related escalations and issues Investigate and resolve inquiries/issues from external/internal stakeholders; act as an escalation point for process matters Monitor payment performance and trends, communicate any issues and findings to cross functional teams, internally and externally. Manage, audit, and update internal and external payment-related articles and documents Identify operational inefficiencies and propose new processes to streamline workflows and reduce manual workloads.
