We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Party Chief to join our team in Lisboa, Portugal.
About the Role
As a Party Chief, you will lead the offshore survey team on board, optimizing productivity and efficiency while maintaining transparent communication with key project stakeholders.

Lead the offshore survey team on board, optimizing productivity and efficiency
Monitor the progress and quality of the works using survey equipment and software
Work closely with the vessel team to ensure project success

About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in surveying and offshore operations.

At least five years of relevant experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the offshore industry
Familiarity with survey techniques & software, such as Qinsy or similar
Practical acumen and adaptability to challenging and remote environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to empower and motivate team members
Commitment to quality standards and safety
