Lead Our Survey Team as a Party Chief At DEME Group, we're pushing the boundaries of technology in a rapidly changing world. Our Survey department plays a crucial role in ensuring precision in hydrographic and topographic measurements across various projects. We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Party Chief to lead our survey team on our offshore vessels, equipped with cutting-edge survey equipment. Key Responsibilities: Optimize productivity and efficiency while maintaining effective communication with key project stakeholders. Monitor progress and quality of works using survey equipment and software. Ensure timely production of survey deliverables, meeting the highest quality standards. Requirements: At least five years of relevant experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the offshore industry. Familiarity with survey techniques & software, such as Qinsy or similar. Practical acumen and ability to adapt to a challenging and remote environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Natural ability to empower and motivate team members. Fluency in both spoken and written English, with additional language proficiencies valuable. Willingness to work on board of one of our vessels in a 5 weeks on/5 weeks off rotation schedule.
