THE ROLE As Indie Campers Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for key customer acquisition marketing channels by enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs. By identifying and nurturing key relationships with brands, influencers, and commercial partners, you'll drive demand and expand our reach across diverse channels, directly contributing to the company's growth and customer engagement goals. You will be joining our West Europe Revenue team in our Lisbon Office reporting directly to the West Europe General Manager, and working very closely with Growth, Revenue and Product teams. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Discover potential brand and commercial partners, conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, and onboard partners aligned with strategic objectives. Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on objectives, and effective issue resolution. Create and execute influencer, referral, and UGC campaigns for your region - West Europe - whilst working with internal teams to drive customer engagement and traffic to the website. Track and analyse partnership, influencer, and referral program metrics, optimising strategies and providing insights to improve effectiveness. Work with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Product to align on goals, share data-driven insights, and ensure successful program execution. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maximise partnership and campaign impact. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in developing and managing referral program. Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing content. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
