Thanks to its digital approach and customer-centric orientation, Indie Campers has developed a strong booking experience and high-quality road trips at affordable prices.With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries.We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.Rooted in a deep technological focus, our challenges are both exciting and demanding and require top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued.We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.THE ROLEAs Indie Campers Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for key customer acquisition marketing channels by enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.By identifying and nurturing key relationships with brands, influencers, and commercial partners, you'll drive demand and expand our reach across diverse channels, directly contributing to the company's growth and customer engagement goals.You will be joining our America Revenue team in our Mexico City Office reporting directly to the America General Manager, and working very closely with Growth, Revenue and Product teams.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Discover potential brand and commercial partners, conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, and onboard partners aligned with strategic objectives.Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on objectives, and effective issue resolution.Create and execute influencer, referral, and UGC campaigns for your region - America - whilst working with internal teams to drive customer engagement and traffic to the website.Track and analyse partnership, influencer, and referral program metrics, optimising strategies and providing insights to improve effectiveness.Work with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Product to align on goals, share data-driven insights, and ensure successful program execution.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maximise partnership and campaign impact.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in developing and managing referral programs.Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing content.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects.
