About the role We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Partner Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving quality and revenue through the successful onboarding and continuous engagement of our partners. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, Italian, and English, and will have a strong background in partner management, customer success, or a related field.
? Where you come in Onboarding New Partners: Facilitate the onboarding process for partners who sign up through our inbound flow.
Provide comprehensive training and guidance to ensure new partners understand and can effectively use our platform.
Set clear expectations and goals for new partners to drive their early success.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure their satisfaction and success on the platform.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive improvements.
Identify opportunities for partners to increase their revenue and optimize their use of our platform.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and retention.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all partners adhere to Bounce's quality standards and guidelines.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high-quality service across all locations.
Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales, market management, and product teams to align partner success initiatives with company goals.
Communicate partner feedback and insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our platform and services.
Multilingual Communication: Engage and communicate with partners in French, Italian, and English.
Develop and translate onboarding materials, training documents, and other resources as needed.
