WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Responding to dealership support cases and escalations either via phone or email (Salesforce), covering all administration which may include; new user set-up, usability queries, and other admin-related activities Meeting targeted SLA's (Service level agreements) for all case types via Salesforce and maintaining Salesforce data to ensure efficient workflow Reviewing form applications to make informed decisions on whether dealers meet the criteria to join the platform or not. Proficient in managing account users, dealership account lifecycle and account status.
