Your Challenge: As Managing Director of NUDU you are at the helm of an innovative company with enormous growth potential. Your focus is on leading the organization from the startup phase to a scale-up, with an emphasis on stimulating sales growth and further product development. Your Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position NUDU worldwide as the smart audit solution.2. Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets, acquire customers and deepen existing relationships. Lead our sales and marketing staff.3. Product Development: Drive innovation and work closely with the development team to continuously improve and adapt NUDU to global needs.4. International Leadership: Take NUDU to the next level by expanding globally and collaborating with diverse markets and industries.5. Financial Management: Ensure a healthy financial basis through effective budget management and achieving goals. Requirements Demonstrable experience in successfully leading early-stage companies to scale-ups. Proven track record of driving sales and developing profitable products.
