Tasks Are you a driven entrepreneur with a passion for compliance and innovation? Do you have experience in leading companies from the startup phase to a scale-up? NUDU, a dynamic company, is looking for a business leader with a vision to accelerate its growth phase and conquer the global compliance market.

Your Challenge:
As Managing Director of NUDU you are at the helm of an innovative company with enormous growth potential. Your focus is on leading the organization from the startup phase to a scale-up, with an emphasis on stimulating sales growth and further product development.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position NUDU worldwide as the smart audit solution.
2. Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets, acquire customers and deepen existing relationships. Lead our sales and marketing staff.
3. Product Development: Drive innovation and work closely with the development team to continuously improve and adapt NUDU to global needs.
4. International Leadership: Take NUDU to the next level by expanding globally and collaborating with diverse markets and industries.
5. Financial Management: Ensure a healthy financial basis through effective budget management and achieving goals.

Requirements Demonstrable experience in successfully leading early-stage companies to scale-ups. Proven track record of driving sales and developing profitable products. Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to take risks and embrace innovation. Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) and leadership capabilities. Affinity with sustainability and inner development. Basic level of technical knowledge and ability to demonstrate system thinking. Team player and a structured approach towards the business and customer demands. Fun to work with, an open mind set and the skills to open doors. Legal knowledge is a plus.
