Job Description Responsibilities: Oversee partner registrations and manage the onboarding process for new partners.
Continuously track and analyze individual partner performance metrics.
Monitor partner training levels and optimize training administration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding operational issues.
Collaborate with internal sales teams on administrative topics related to the Partner Program.
Act as a liaison between distributors and finance to ensure timely and accurate execution of rebate programs.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: High school diploma in business, marketing, or finance.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong numerical and financial acumen.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Detail-oriented with a precise approach to work.
Proven ability to execute tasks, plans, and strategies effectively.
