As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth . As a pivotal member of the Partner team, you'll take ownership of relationships with ISVs, MSPs and SIs Partners , their customers and prospects. You'll play a primary role in identifying and closing opportunities within Crayon's portfolio of CSP solutions.
Other responsibilities will include Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand our network and drive business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and align them with our objectives Define and track key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics Your Competencies 3+ years of proven successful sales experience (gain and attract new partners) Consultative Selling and Sales Lead Generation A-Z experience Sales Closing processes and techniques, including BID strategy and demo Higher Education degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
