Partner Communications Manager Location: EMEA

Position Summary: The Partner Communications Manager is responsible for writing, editing, and curating engaging content for promoting Bentley's indirect business through internal and external communication strategies and tactics. This role also includes collaborating and communicating closely with Bentley corporate marketing and communication teams, Ecosystem & Ventures stakeholders, and Bentley partners, in collating, creating, and promoting tailored marketing content to feature Bentley's partner ecosystem and programs covering resellers & VARs, Build & Interoperability Partners, the Bentley Developer Network, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Ventures.
Your Day-to-Day: Writing and editing marketing and sales content, talking points, news alerts, partner announcements, articles, website copies, social media posts and blogs, video scripts, and partner case studies.Align content, internal and external publishing, and promotion plan for the Ecosystem & Ventures partner motions with Bentley corporate marketing and communication teams, E&V stakeholders, content owners, and leadership team.Event marketing and content support to promote the annual Partner Summit internally and externally.Liaison between E&V stakeholders and Bentley Marketing teams to support the creation and content curation of partner-related web pages and communities.What You Bring to The Team: Exceptional English language skills: We're looking for someone with a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, who can communicate effectively with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have the ability to craft clear, engaging, and polished content in English that aligns with our brand voice and messaging goals.Cultural and linguistic sensitivity: An understanding of language nuances and cultural considerations in English-speaking markets is highly desirable, especially when creating or refining content for broad audiences.BS/BA Degree or Equivalent in English Language, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience.5-7 years of proven writing experience focusing on storytelling including articles, news releases, case studies, white papers, blogs, and social media posts, website copies featuring industry and/or infrastructure engineering content.Strong writing skills with the ability to create and edit engaging content for social media that drives brand awareness and lead generation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business development and partner sales and marketing teams and cross-functional departments.About Bentley Systems: Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the infrastructure engineering software company.
