Location: LISBON or FARO Schedule: 4 hours per day, from Thursday to Monday, ideally from 10:00/ 10:30 to 14:00/ 14:30, but it may vary according to operational needs. Responsibilities: Ensuring an impeccable customer service; Receiving and greeting customers at the designated meeting point at the airport; Responding to inquiries and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner; Collaborating with other teams, to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; Proficiency in both Portuguese and English; Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality; Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail; Strong communication, time management and teamwork skills.
