Paralegal (F/M/Div)

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented and motivated to join our team as a Paralegal? In this position, you will play an important role in supporting our legal and patent teams in a variety of tasks that require good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.In your new role you will:Perform assignments to obtain and defend Intellectual Property (IP) rights on entry levelExecute existing procedures and solve upcoming issues in docketing IP related information and deadline managementProvide legal support services and solutions for all areas of IP lawPrepare and review legal documents, such as for invention disclosures, patent and trademark applications and related documentsOrganize patent committees regarding inventions disclosures and patent applications and help in execution of decisions by Infineon Patent CounselsHandle payments towards law firms and Patent and Trademark OfficesCreate reports and statistics for process monitoring and assist in general clerical tasksInterface with various Infineon central departments (e.g. accounting, tax, etc.) to process cross-functional workflowsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:University degree or relevant (3+ years) vocational/professional training in the field of law, Paralegal studies or related fieldPrevious professional experience in a relevant fieldConceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices in the legal field, most specifically IPGood ability to perform research and cross-functional tasks in addition to keeping track of deadlinesSkilled use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to collaborate with others and work independentlyWillingness to learn continuouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to details and accuracyFluency in EnglishPlease send us your CV in English.
