In this position, you will play an important role in supporting our legal and patent teams in a variety of tasks that require good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.In your new role you will:Perform assignments to obtain and defend Intellectual Property (IP) rights on entry level Execute existing procedures and solve upcoming issues in docketing IP related information and deadline management Provide legal support services and solutions for all areas of IP law Prepare and review legal documents, such as for invention disclosures, patent and trademark applications and related document Organize patent committees regarding inventions disclosures and patent applications and help in execution of decisions by Infineon Patent Counsels Handle payments towards law firms and Patent and Trademark Offices Create reports and statistics for process monitoring and assist in general clerical tasks Interface with various Infineon central departments ( accounting, tax, etc.)
