Paid Media Specialist (Meta/Tiktok)

Job Responsibilities Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive performance strategies through our Paid Social media channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) Own the campaign setup, implementation, optimization, and reporting for a channel/geo. Explore new channels and lead growth experiments on Paid Social channels. Effectively manage budget to meet business goals and financial targets. Minimum Requirements +3 years experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat ads. +2 years experience in a DTC brand. Past experience with budgets over 250k€/month. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other pertinent tools. A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to your job. Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail. Able to deliver under pressure, helping the team react quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Love for data and be comfortable with Excel.
