We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Executive to help us develop, manage and optimise a paid acquisition strategy that drives consistent inbound pipeline generation.
Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing paid media strategies. Managing PPC campaigns across channels. Analysing CRM data to optimise the strategy and decision-making. Ultimately, you'll join Infraspeak's paid media team with the responsibility to create & capture demand for our platform and feed inbound pipeline in our key markets.
What will you do? Plan comprehensive paid media strategies to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other PPC platforms such as Capterra or Software Advice. Manage paid media budgets, monitor campaign performance and optimise investment allocation. Work with the content team to define campaign creatives and analyse content performance. Align with other channel managers to ensure consistent and effective communications across the customer journey. Track analytics and report on paid media channel performance aligned with team and company KPIs and OKRs. Perform A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign conversion rates. Research and analyse CRM data to qualitatively lead quality and other bottom-funnel metrics to guide your strategic direction and decision-making. What do we expect from you? Proven experience in in-house paid media management for B2B SaaS brands with international presence. Proficiency with web analytics tools and full-funnel reporting / CRM. Deep understanding of Demand Generation, Lead Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics. A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse performance data and craft insightful dashboards to inform yourself and the team of campaign success. A good dose of creativity, strategic vision, and critical and lateral thinking when trying to reach our target audience. The willingness to research and maintain up-to-date knowledge in specific markets to drive decision-making and help adapt our messaging. Process orientation and project management skills. A great sense of autonomy, organisation, and teamwork. Great time-management skills and the ability to prioritise task backlogs. The curiosity to research new topics and learn new things every day. Good written and verbal communication skills. A positive mindset and a good sense of humour. English proficiency. What do we offer? Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture.
