What are we looking for?We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Executive to help us develop, manage and optimise a paid acquisition strategy that drives consistent inbound pipeline generation.Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing paid media strategies. Managing PPC campaigns across channels. Analysing CRM data to optimise the strategy and decision-making. Ultimately, you'll join Infraspeak's paid media team with the responsibility to create & capture demand for our platform and feed inbound pipeline in our key markets.What will you do? Plan comprehensive paid media strategies to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other PPC platforms such as Capterra or Software Advice. Manage paid media budgets, monitor campaign performance and optimise investment allocation. Work with the content team to define campaign creatives and analyse content performance. Align with other channel managers to ensure consistent and effective communications across the customer journey. Track analytics and report on paid media channel performance aligned with team and company KPIs and OKRs. Perform A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign conversion rates. Research and analyse CRM data to qualitatively lead quality and other bottom-funnel metrics to guide your strategic direction and decision-making
