What would your day to day be like?
You do consistent follow up on monthly performance goals to track and evaluate service objectives;
You analyze performance metrics to ensure service processes and procedures support business objectives;
You analyze performance trends to determine areas for improvement and raise performance expectations where appropriate;
You gather performance trend data for senior management to determine improvement areas and raise expectations where appropriate;
You maintain and update Operational Excellence databases to ensure the availability of best practices and service trends for department personnel;
You develop weekly service reports to inform senior management of service levels;
You conduct service trend analyses to determine the best service improvement strategies;
You provide ongoing feedback and support to OPS Managers to improve performance.
