Junior P2P (Accounts Payable) Specialist -OCR- EN/FR
What will you do?
Invoice Processing:
Enter invoice details
Manage EDI errors
Perform invoice matching
Vendor Credit or Refund Processing
Non PO Invoice processing
Identify manually the vendors in the OCR module
Invoice and AP credit notes enrichment / correction (OCR) according to business rules
Control of the integration between Itesoft and SAP
Process the errors in the OCR module
Send emails to vendors and accountants to solve issues
Manage requests from suppliers and accountants
What you'll need to succeed?
Strong command of verbal and written English & Advanced French
Undergraduate degree would be an advantage
1-3 years' experience working in accounts payable / P2P
Proven track record of achieving KPI's
Deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines
Must be able to demonstrate a high standard of communication skills, with the ability to identify the optimum communication channel as well as excellent customer service skills
Pro-active, responsive and action-oriented
Ability to work under pressure
