P2P/Accounts Payable French Speaker (M/F/D)

A Shared Service Center expanding in Porto. Your new role
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Management of vendor master data and inbound documents
-Recording of PO and non-PO invoices, trigger approvals and schedule payments
-Management of recurring entries (rent, lease…)
-Block/unblock invoices on request
-Ensure invoices are ready for payment (processed and fully approved) in time, prioritizing critical suppliers  What you'll need to succeed
- 2 to 5 years' experience in equivalent roles;
- Fluent in French anda Fluent in English;
- Excellent analytical skills, aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, pro-active and team spirit.
