Job Description
Team presentation and main goal:
AP Clerk team is involved in P2P process.
In this process, AP clerk team is in charge of:
Management of supplier invoices from receipt to preparation for payment (input, recovery…)
Analysis and monitoring of payment deadlines (analysis of debtor supplier posts, payment delays, unauthorized invoices identification and resolution of blocking points, etc.) in order to ensure that invoices are paid on time.
Performs checks on invoices
Applies invoices validation rules
Resolves invoice mismatches autonomously
Qualifications
Educational background:
2 years minimum of practicing Accounting and knowledge about French rules as:
Accounting date, rules about period of times, French VAT, assets (differences with charges);
Bank reconciliation.
Minimum B1 French level is mandatory; Fluency in English.
