Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and monitoring ticket's activity for all the assigned queues;
Organize and manage follow up meetings with unit members assigned to the Service Team's queues;
Ensure that the service methodology is aligned with ITIL best practices;
Ensure that all requests are answered within the agreed SLA;
Guarantee quality of delivery.

Key Requirements

Solid understanding of the technology stack, comprehending their purposes, benefits and constraints;
Experienced in support service delivery & customer facing;
Degree in computer science or other technical related fields;
OutSystems project experience (mandatory) and certifications;
Strong team leading and coaching ability;
Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
Good analytical, organizational and planning skills.
High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks.
Pro-activity and team spirit.
Availability to travel;
Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
