Key Tasks Administer field sales plans and processes, including providing input for sales forecasting, budgeting, etc. Deliver sales objectives and revenue growth for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment. Secure new business and build on existing core business through repeat orders. Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell products/services. Identify and contact prospective customers and build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business. Check and understand type and size of customer requirements, and suggest products/services/alternative products/services. Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals, and conduct product demonstrations to customers. Follow up prospects, develop terms of sale and close business by connecting a customer need with a DHL solution. Introduce products and promotions to customers and deploy marketing campaigns as appropriate. Build rapport and trust with customers by being informed about their business and market. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and service management for enhancing sales and customer retention. Support customer retention by staying in touch to ensure service satisfaction, providing information useful to the customer and introducing additional services to the customer. Identify problems that may not be clear in own area of authority and modify work methods accordingly. Convince external parties such as skeptical customers, institutions, etc. who are skeptical or unwilling to accept proposals or where decision-making process and standards are defined and mandatory. Knowledge and skills required Connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers. May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Business Strategy, Market Research. Strong Project Management skills. Persuasion, Customer Value Proposition. Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers. Understand customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders. New Business Development, Account Management, Selling strong skills. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification. More than 4 years' experience in Sales. Fluency in Portuguese language and proficiency in English are necessary. Experience working within international organization/group desirable. Integration Developer As an Integration developer, you focus on integrating our Customers and Partners with our back-office systems. You develop novel features on existing or new Integrations or improve them. Together with your team, you define, implement, and monitor development standards.
For the team, it is important to improve the overall quality and consistency of the Integrations.
What will you do? Work together with our architects and other developers to define the optimal technological implementations for each feature request. Work together with product owners defining potential new features. Develop awesome Integrations and related code artifacts. Collaborate as part of an agile team. Communicate and collaborate with (technical) domain experts from different disciplines. What do we expect from you? Experience in BizTalk. Experience in integrating REST APIs. Proficiency in C# and the .NET (Core) platform. Comfortable with working in a team, collective brainstorming, and incorporating feedback and creative direction into a final product. Experience in code versioning/management tools, such as Git and/or Azure DevOps. You live in the Netherlands. Good command of the English language (verbally as well as written). Would be nice if you have knowledge of: OAuth2.0 (OKTA). Azure Integration services. Azure Event Hubs / Azure service bus. What can you expect from us?
