Ensures the highest service standards provided by a team of well-trained and motivated employees The optimisation of the revenue of the Restaurant department, to be achieved through the efficientand effective use of all resources Builds relationship with key stakeholders, guests and clients, to secure a base of loyalty. Ensures proper manning and utilization of resources through proper forecasting of businessvolumes. Responsible for coordinating with Venue Head Chef, Reservations team, Lobby Ambassador in theday to day operation of the outlet Work closely with Marketing, PR & FB Sales, to improve Venue visibility and Sales strategy.
