Job Description Your contribution to something big: Develop and implement security policies and procedures for Operation Technology (OT) systems across our four plants worldwide. Monitor and assess the security situation, identify vulnerabilities and threats for OT systems on plant level. Perform risk analyses and create security concepts for OT systems on plant level. Plan and implement security measures, including firewalls separating production networks from the corporate network, intrusion detection and access control to OT systems. Conduct regular security audits and penetration tests for OT systems. Train employees in the production organization in terms of security awareness and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams, especially Chief Information Security Officer, Data Security Officer, Product Security Officer, in-house IT and external partners to develop and implement security solutions on plant level. Update and maintain security policies and procedures according to the latest developments in OT security and derived from corporate security strategy and policies. Qualifications What distinguishes you: Degree in automation technology, computer science, information security or a related field. Several years of professional experience in OT security in the manufacturing industry. Sound knowledge in the areas of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems and access controls. In-depth IT knowledge in electronics manufacturing environment (such as stand-alone test systems, industrial robots, SMT lines, automated warehouses, AGVs) with corresponding standards (e.G. ISO 62443, ISO 27001, NIST). Experience in carrying out risk analyses and security audits. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
