As OSH Branded Material and Uniform Coordinator , you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of branded material and uniform needs within our organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass collating requirements, coordinating orders, and coordinating with our supply chain dept, the logistics of deliveries to various destinations. Your methodical approach, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel will be essential in streamlining operations and maintaining efficiency in the logistics process. You will also manage day-to-day administrative tasks like invoices and inventory.

ABOUT YOU
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with invoice processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages being advantageous for liaising with key stakeholders across multiple destinations.
A methodical coordinated approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of geographic regions and destinations, with an understanding of local regulations and customs procedures.
ABOUT THE JOB
Collate and assess uniform and branded material requirements from destinations, and coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, including branded merchandise and other materials.
Liaise with destinations, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, tracking shipments, addressing issues, and adhering to relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules using Excel and Teams, while developing efficient processes for inventory management and order fulfillment.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with logistics providers to improve service and ensure smooth operations.
Handle invoices for uniforms and branded materials, ensuring accurate processing, and collaborate with finance to reconcile invoices and manage budget allocations.
Act as the link between TUI Group Marketing, Branding, and Procurement departments to ensure brand adherence and compliance.
