We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
The Retail Back-Office Specialist is the go-to person for handling issues related to online orders. Their primary objective is to resolve problems encountered during the lifecycle of web purchases, especially in the area of top-tier consumer electronics. From initiating orders to ensuring successful delivery and managing any alterations or returns, this role is pivotal in owning the entire process.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with partners to resolve complex issues, aiming to minimize customer involvement and achieve rapid satisfaction, communicating updates promptly through phone and email.
Additionally, meticulous attention to detail is needed when navigating SAP for record-keeping purposes. This role demands a blend of problem-solving skills, effective communication, and precise execution within a highly regulated framework.
Responsibilities:
- Handling issues related to online orders, specializing in top-tier consumer electronics.
- Initiating and tracking orders, ensuring successful delivery.
- Managing alterations and returns throughout the process.
- Collaborating with partners to resolve complex issues.
- Minimizing customer involvement while achieving rapid satisfaction.
- Providing timely updates to customers via phone and email.
- Maintaining meticulous records using SAP.
- Adhering to strict regulations and protocols.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills and effective communication to ensure precise execution.
Requirements:
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Hungarian (C2 or C1) + Advanced English (B2);
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure.
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference.
- Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mind
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Interest in self and team KPIs – focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage; otherwise, we can help with that.
- As this job is directly related to order volume, flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work.

What we offer:
- full time contract with Portuguese employer
- Salary without accommodation: 1260 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1060 euros gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
CONTRACT:
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
